Need some suggestions
We would like to do some mods and maintainance to the underneath of our S.
Problem is we have never had a car that sits so low. What are the best ways to get the whole car up off the ground so that one can get underneath it and work? Even floor jacks are hard to get under it from what I have read in other forums. Want to be safe while I am under it and don't want to damage car jacking it up wrong.
Thanks for any suggestions.

What you heard and what the reality is are two different things. I guess you didn't try it yourself since you can get just about any floor jack under the corner jacking points and lift the car from there then put jack stands under it. The only jacking point that's hard to get to with most conventional floor jacks is the one under the motor; for that you have to get one of the low-rise units with a long enough reach to still be able to get the handle going.
