Default New clutch help

I have a 2004 Ap2 and the old clutch and transmission were shot. Just got a brand new stage 2 clutch and a new transmission put in and Ive had the car maybe for 2 days now. I have to break the clutch in and ive stupidly been hammering on it. Now the car will go in gear no problem but its just sitting there revving and barely moving at all. Also the clutch pedal pressure has stiffened a bit. Whats going on?

your stupidity has glazed the clutch you need a new friction disk and need to resurface the flywheel and pp.

Who did the work for you? From the symptoms you describe, sounds like they did something improperly. Even if you were 'hammering' on it.
Oh wait, never mind, Back S2k beat me to it.

If the pedal pressure increased, then you have an over adjusted clutch pedal rod.

Add some freeplay...
