Default New motor, lots of CEL's

Swapped in a brand new rebuilt F22C out of a 2004 into my 2006 AP2. All the correct sensors and everything were switched over before the install was done. I've done maybe 50 miles on the new motor, and yesterday morning when I started it, it started in limp mode. Drove the car too work and turned it off, let it sit and then when I left, it was no longer in limp mode, but the CEL came on. Took it to a local parts store to get the codes read and there were SEVERAL codes, so I'm not 100% sure what this could be pointing too except for maybe wiring? These codes were not on before the swap. Codes are below:

P2649 - Rocker Arm Actuator Circuit High
86-1: Controller Area Network Relation Malfunction
83-1: ECM PCM relation malfunction
61-1: Battery Voltage Malfunction
27-1: Steering Angle Sensor Malfunction
25-1: YAW rate sensor malfunction
11-1: Right front wheel speed sensor open or short.

All of these were current with only P2649 being Current/History. I didn't clear the codes off the reader, and the CEL was still on when I left, started the car again later too drive to work and the CEL was gone.

Any advice would be appreciated, as I am ready to get this thing on the road in perfect working order lol.

I bought the battery brand new to get the car home when I bought it, so it's only a few weeks ago, but it was out of the car sitting for about two weeks. It's a cheap Wal-Mart brand battery.

Make sure all the grounds are installed and tight, especially the one that sits on back side of the head close to the firewall.

Check your main wiring harness, hopefully just a plug popped out somewhere. Good luck.

My guess is a bad ground somewhere. Un-tightened grounds do funky things.

I cleared the codes and they haven't come back. Could this be caused by a faulty Camshaft Position Sensor?

After checking everything, it looks like that sensor was coming unplugged from the harness, I must have broken it during the install. It came fully unplugged at one point and went into limp mode.I zip tied it while waiting on a new one to come in and have't had any kind of light since.
