Default Nitrous....

I recently thinking of putting a 75- shots of n2o in the S. This is for the purpose of ocassional encounters and montly drag strip. My knowlege on this n20 is limited. What are the safety concerns? I know that over usesage(ie-100shots or more on a stock motor) of n2o can pop ur engine in a snap. Any safety products available?

With the extra 75hp, can the stock fuel-pump provide enough fuel? Any other risk of running a fogger kit instead of direct-port beside uneven distributions? How many ways can you activate n2o.

Thanks in advance.

p.s. any board member(s) currently running NOS beside Larry at Bodywerks?

i think you have to change some engine parts if you go over a 60 shot of nitrous in the s2k?

All you have to do its get a 4 foger kit like i did, i run an 80 shot no problem, my kit its made by NX(nitrous express) and all the other parts can stay the same, since you will be running a wet system the nos will be mix with gas so you do not need any mods to the fuel system, in about a month and a half i will be running 8psi of boost and a 60 shot nos... Any more questions on nos dont hesitate to ask or pm! i must add if you will be running a nx system like i do the cost was 650 for the kit and 300 install, now i am getting a computer for it ( controller ) that will release nos progressibly by gears.. that is about 400 and 100 to install. you can have your nos set to go off by buttons or by wot ( having your foot all the way down on the gas)

That sounds like the way to go. It's not like you need power all the time. You only need it on special occasions.
