Default no start almost like its"locked up"

well Im in the process of wrapping up a vortech install on the s2k and it went ok overall but now the car wont start for some reason

I installed everything and fired the car up for a minute just to check for oil leak nothing so I shut it off and went to finish up some other little stuff on the car. I noticed a bit of smoke under the car by the bottom of the tranny but I figured it was just stuff burning off from he handling everything with oily hands.

now it will not turn over at all the starter clicks but it just will not turn over.

after the vortech install I put it some fresh 0w-30 castrol synthetic.

I really hope the bearing aren't spun for some insane reason I didn't see any oil leaks at anywhere.

well I put the car in neutral and the tranny spins just fine so that isnt the issue....

I tried to turn the crank by the pulley bolt and no luck

I took the plugs out so there wouldnt be any compression and still no luck cant get it to turn over

next step is take the belts off but I highly doubt thats the cause

UUUUGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH
