Noise from rear!

so ive been having this problem lately. i thought it was the differential. but it turns out its the cv joint?
listen to the video and do you guys hear this whirling noise? it gets louder as you speed up.
how can you fix this? is there a reason why this sound comes upon? ive lowered my car about 1k mile ago. i bought half shaft spacers but never put them on because i got lazy. can that be why?
