Default Noob Getting Started

I'm a big fat noob. Just getting into cars and engines. I'm very curious and definitely want to purchase an s2k in the future.

As of now, I have no experience what so ever and I want to gather/learn information about engines, turbo, intakes, exhausts, suspensions, capilers, etc. etc.

There is so much to learn and I'm not exactly sure where to start! If you'all would be so kind enough to direct me to some links where I could read and learn about all these parts and what they do, I would much appreciate it.

Thanks for reading,

Jon

edit:
I'd also like to apologize in advance if this is the wrong section...

Read through the DIY's posted at the top of each subforum, and just spend time randomly clicking around. People post up their issues all of the time, and I have learned tons by learning from what other's have done.

:-) seriously though, most all of the people here are great. Like Chugs said, the DIY and FAQ sections are great. Read as much as you can. Soak it all up.

For basic things like what a turbo or super charger does (on any car) use google.

Hope you buy one, it's the best thing I have done for myself in years.

You need to get one before you can mod it. You need to read this before you get one. So, read this.
