Well, very good news to report here. I have 200 miles on the rebuilt head and all is well so far. Just did a compression test, and all cylinders are at or above 260psi! Funny thing is now cylinder #1 has the highest compression where before it was by far the lowest. This really makes me wonder how many people have junked and/or rebuilt their bottom end and cylinder head due to bad compression numbers.

Now, how long should I wait until I install the turbo kit/fuel system/AEM Infinity/etc? Did a new Exedy twin disk clutch already so that should be broke in by about 300 miles or so. I have been pretty easy on the motor for the first 200 miles, but thinking I will drive a little more aggressively. It already feels a little more powerful than it used to also.

i doubt people would junk or rebuild bottom end due to low compression, without first figuring out what is causing the low compression, just like you did.
