i'm having an oil leak right by my exhaust manifold, i'm not sure what i'll have to change i'll take some pictures and try to post it up lmk if you guys have ever had this problem.


updated: at first it was an oil leak so we changed the valve cover gasket, but than its still making that "clacking" noise, i thought it was the diff but even when the car is not moving and im reving the engine i still hear that "clacking noise" and it happens whether the car is moving or not. anyone know what could be wrong?

 

Maybe it is something simple such as the valve cover gasket

 

Make sure your oil filter is not leaking.

 

 

changed the oil filter that wasnt leaking, and the oil leak stopped now. but theres still that clacking noise when i try to rev/drive it.
