when slowing down foot off the gas pedal it sounds like a constant whine kind of like a very quite chain saw - or maybe a slight card in the spokes of a bike sound, or kind of like a winding sound

could be coming from the air pump when stopped the sound is gone but its prevalnt when coming to a stop

didn't hear it when the cluch was depressed and coming to a stop - clutch was replaced about a 1000 miles ago changed the tranny fluid a few weeks ago and i know i need to clean my air filter (aem with 30k miles)

any idea's of what i should look for?
