Oli Change
Well, I just had my first oil change in the S2K, and since the temperatures are starting to drop, I decided I would go ahead and put in a thinner weight oil. I used the same type that has been used in the car since break in, I just decided to go the 5W-30 route. One thing I did notice, is that upon initial start up there is a bit more valve clutter than usual.
The question I pose to you gentlemen is this. Temperatures during the fall and winter here rarely fall below 20-30 degrees. Was this a bad choice on my behalf? I doubt it, I am just a bit of a worrier and who better to ask than the experienced forum brethren
Thanks in advance gents

The first start after an oil change is always going to have a moment without oil pressure. If you want to prevent this you can have an extra key made that doesn't thave the imobiliser chip in it. Like that you can turn the starter over and build oil pressure before cranking on the motor. Or you can remove the ignition coil and fuel pump fuse under the dash.
If you have enough mileage you might want to consider using a synthetic 0-30 for your next oil change. The lower the first number the quicker you're going to see oil pressure on a dry start.
