Out of time?

So I'm having another issue and not sure if this is related. The car keeps popping acg fuses. New battery, alternator tested good according to multimeter and autozone tester. Sync issue is still occurring even after replacing cam sensor with know good sensor. I'm stumped? Has to be a ground issue?

Another question, I found the ecu pinout and I'm unsure how to test the cam sensor. Everything has a specified voltage range. The cam sensor just says pulse. Within what range? Or is it an off or on type deal? So if it's not pulsing that's my issue? Not very specific. Any help is appreciated.

A pulse is like a blinking light. I imagine this has to be tested with the engine running as the cam sensor only shows On when the cam is in a specific place.
Running a non-standard ECU makes this difficult and yours seems to be in beta-testing.

Okay guys thank you very much. With mine disconnected on the standalone the car will not start. We have by passed the cam sensor for now. Could possibly be an issue with ecu.
