Default Overheats when accelerating

Hi people as the title says my car started overheating(4bars ap1) when the other day i was slight uphill with ~90m/h cruising i would say.
Slowed down a little and 3 bars again. After an hour i started it again and went to check it. Same story 4 bars after some hard acceleration i pushed some more and saw 5th bar for 2-3 seconds as i stopped it fell to 4th and after 10seconds 3rd again so i stopped pushing it and drove <3000rpm and behaved typical. Yesterday i drove it with lots stop&go traffic and low speeds and obd never went over 97°celcius. When started accelerating hard some gears it started climbing until i saw 107° and slowed down and temp went back to 90s°.
checked coolant was ok no leaks etc except i found lentils-like in the radiator when i flushed and they seem to block the rad passages?

four bars with that problem isn't bad, could have been worse I guess. Get a new rad don't bother flushing it for the cost of a nice aluminum rad. If you are intent on keeping your rad take it out of the vehicle and flush it as best as you can and see if the lentils disappear or get dislodged. Remove the thermostat and open the block coolant plug and flush the system with a higher pressure water (hose). A bit of work but worth the effort IMO, it sounds like your thermostat is acting up given the fluctuation described.

I will start with a comp test tomorrow just for peace of mind and clear/replace rad and thermostat and will continue from there.
Two months ago i realized i had no heat so removed hoses to check heater core and entry/exit pipes were eaten and blocked seemingly galvanic corrosion took place. Thats why im experiencing these.. Thank you previous owner for not taking care and change coolant as you should.

i think the cause is more than just not changing the coolant...but i don't know what happened, looks like the serious negligence from the previous person that worked on the cooling system.
