My car pulled a p0344 last night. I would like to check the connection and possibly clean it before I replace it but can't find info on where it is. Google search let me down but perhaps I didn't type in the right keyword.

Can anyone clue me in on where the cam position sensor is located on a my04?

 

There are two sensors, both located at the back (towards the firewall) of the valve cover.
The exhaust is on top of the valve cover and intake sits on the side.
