Default parking light replacement

is there an access plate to get at the running (parking) light. so all i need to do is remove the plastic wheel well guard.

alternative is to remove the whole unit requiring removing the front bumper.

Turn the wheel in on the side your replacing, and you can get to it by pulling back the fender liner. There are a few clip's holding it in place, but once pulled back a bit, the bulb socket is easy to get to. Turn the socket counter-clockwise, pull it out, change bulb, put back in, turn clockwise, done.

I just replaced mine last night by removing the fender snaps. It took about 10 mins because I was too lazy to turn the steering wheel. Really easy though.
