I am going to try this product tonight on a small hole in my top. It comes in two versions one for vinyl and one for all other material, I think it has to do with the oils in vinyl affecting the adhesive. It is suppose to have a really strong bond and it has some stretch so I think it may work alright.

I just put black duct tape on the inside. Looks ghetto, but should give my top a couple more years.

Yes, our top is made of vinyl. If you do a search you will find dozens of threads on the subject. I have heard of people using various products such as Black RTV sealant with a rubber patch, however I suggest that you do some searching.

Some a**hole cut two nice slits in my top not too long ago. I went to an upholstry shop and bought a piece of vinyl fabric and used some rubber adhesive. No issues so far and its been about 3 months or so. Pics available upon request. BTW the repair cost about $12

I too have the typical holes in the top. I went to a local top guy and he glued in 5"X8" sections on the inside. Cost me $25. I'm hoping it should help
