There is a connection from switch to fuse and then from fuse to the start button. That is just 2 things to test out. If there is voltage at the ignition switch where it feeds that fuse as you say and no voltage coming into the pushbutton, then it has to be wiring (Assuming you verified the fuse is good). I would 100% trace that out vs replacing an entire harness.
My understanding of what you stated on your last test, is that you have voltage where the 2 blue arrows are with the ign switch turned full on, and no voltage where the red arrow is. If that is the case, it is a connection on one end of those two wires or the fuse that has to be the issue.
12v (twelve volts) indicates the battery is less than 50% charged. Or or is that a rounding error, what's the real voltage, it should be 12.6v or 12.7v. Should get a click or something. Do the headlights work without the engine running? Do they dim or cut off when the Start button is depressed?. (I suspect they don't.)

For what I am asking here, it matters not if it is 12V or 12.6V. If there is batt voltage at the output of the ignition switch, and nothing at the input of the start button, there is something wrong in between
Yes, a 12V lead acid battery should read about 12.6V +/- meter tolerance. Car will start on a battery that is depleted further than that and will at least click the relay. But like I said, focused more on the statement that we are not seeing anything at the pushbutton.
