Got my power steering fixed guys finally!!!! Do not try to diagnose the problem by replacing parts i repeat do not do it or take to a mechanic other than honda to diagnose they wont be able to without the honda computer thing. My eps system just had to be reset took it to my buddy who works at honda 15 mins later problem solved!!! If you are having problems with eps take it to honda they are the only ones who can diagnose and fix it no 1 else can i repeat no 1 else can. I bet all you guys that are having problems just need to get your eps reset by honda just bite the bullet take to honda that is experienced with s2k. trust me i have been driving with no eps for almost 2 years which pisses me off because it was a easy fix

My light never came on because the bulb was burnt out. If the eps and cruise control light dont light up when you turn on ignition its the bulb. If you do take to honda tell them you just need the eps reset and torque sensor neutral position memorized. If your eps used to work like mine did the eps needs to be reset and neutral position memorized or theres a short in the wires those are the only 2 problems it could be. I hope you get it fixed i feel your pain bro

Silverstoned,
did you have the problem in warm and cold weather (below 70) or all the time?
Mine was only having issues in colder conditions. In Florida Summer, I would have no issues. That sounds typical of alot of the complaints here.

I had this problem all the time cold weather or not. I do live in so cal doesn't get below 70 here but I do know eps act up in really cold weather. If it only acts up in cold weather then I don't think there's a solution to fix that problem. if it acts fine in hot weather I wouldn't bother with it

I guess the flaw in the s2k eps system is it can't function correctly in colder conditions many experience this problem and I haven't herd of a solution for it
