Default Power steering rack; help!

Im new to the s2000, I have a 2006 ap2 and the steering feels a little tighter when you turn to the left and a little smoother to the right, I've been told it could be the power steering rack that needs to be replaced. I've also been told it could be some sort of module that needs replacing. Has anyone had this same issue or any suggestions? Please help! Thanks!

I have had this same issue, but for my case i think it has to do with the steering rack/ wires itself due to a dumptube failure that exposed the wires to it. I've been driving without power steering for over a year and a half and i don't even care anymore to fix it. lol

this is a broad electrical issue that could be a lot of things thats why

This may be a stupid question, but have you gotten an alignment?
