Another question, do you mean 600hp it can handle even if you drop the clutch?

Wow! Ganley said that the gears were, "quiter than stock."

I will call him to discuss this. I might have gone with the 4.77's instead.

Rick, are you saying that the whinning deceased or that you are just getting use to it.

Thanks

Do a clutch drop with 600 horsepower and you'll have more problems than just the LSD. In fact if the LSD doesn't break (since it's stronger), something else will.

Ok, now instead of doing the deep clutch drop you do the light one, don't know how to explain it in english. You know when you have the clutch at a certain height, you feel the car wanting to go forward? Well from that height you do a clucht drop? That wont damage a lot of things easy.

Both. There is some whine, but with all the other noises, it's largely buried. This is a performance gear set, so some whine is normal. I've grown to like it, actually. It reminds me of all the sounds the Ferraris make in the Victory by Design feature

Why would a clutch drop with 600 HP be any more damaging than a clutch drop with 200 HP? It seems to me that the shock to the drivetrain would be entirely dependant on the mass of the drivetrain (including pistons, crank, flywheel, wheels and tires, etc.) and the grippyness of the tires and clutch.
