Pulling Cylinder Head Bolts

Quote from the service manual. "Tighten the cylinder head bolts in sequence to 29 N-m (3.0 kgf-m, 22 lbf-ft)" blah blah blah "tighten all cylinder head bolts in two steps (90 degree per step). if you are using a new cylinder head bolt, tighten the bolt an extra 90 degrees."

oh and there are three steps so Slows you are correct.... again haha

I pulled the valves today with a little modification of the valve spring compressor. I took a look at them and they didn't look to bad but a couple look like they could be bent because the build up at the seat doesn't look flush all the way around. I am trying to figure out how to post pics on here. I did a little home measurement of the head and it doesn't appear to be warped, thank god. Good news is the crank appears to be able to be machined and number 2 rod might be able to be reconditioned.
