Is it lower throughout the curve? Just on the low cam? Just on the high cam?
Can you post the dyno (before & after)? Which cams did you install? Any other changes to the car? Any changes to the dyno?
When I had a set of Toda cams installed, we saw huge losses on the low cam, but not so much on the high cam. That turned out to be due to the valve clearances being off. Valves were adjusted, and everything was OK.

Maybe your cams are poorly engineered. You didn't answer the rest of my questions, though. If you provide more information, you'll get better answers.
Without information, your question is almost as vague as "My car isn't running... what's wrong?" The answer to that could be anything from "You didn't put the key in the ignition and start it" to "It's out of gas" or "Somebody stole your motor".
A lot of things could cause you to have a power loss now. Could be anything from incorrect installation to poorly engineered cams. Or it could be something totally unrelated to the cams. Without more information, I doubt many people will bother to take a stab in the dark.
Here's my example of what could happen if your valves are out of adjustment:

You'll notice that I lost as much as 15 ft-lbs of torque on the low cam, but the high cam wasn't affected as much.

Did you ever get yours sorted out? If so, what was the problem? (Maybe you can help me!)
