what do you mean by full tune up? i think they designate their maintenance/service via the mileage...
for example, 60k calls for oil/filter change, diff fluid, air filter and cabin filter.
manual tranny fluid is 120k iirc, spark plugs at 105k. brakes every 3 years regardless of mileage.
it depends on what you want them to do on your car. what's your mileage?
