Default quick question need help

im having the tsb 54 done as we speak and i just talked with the mechanic and all they are replacing is the clutch disk and not the throw out bearing, pressureplate and flywheel is this correct? because the mechanic recommended that i replace these and it was gonna cost me 800 bux. so my quick question is what is actually replaced when you have the tsb54 done thx.

A throw out bearing should be mandatory and part of the job at no expense to you. A couple of people here have had this done. The flywheel machining (if necessary) and PP (if a new one is needed) is your responsibility.

ps. Can you help us out a bit next time please:
