hey guys, couple of days ago my soft top latch started to rattle, so heres what i did.

1. cut 2 strips of vacume hose about 2.5 inches long and .25 inch wide
2. Put small strip of double side take on the strip of vacume line that i cut
3. While the top is up pull down the latch, on the part you pulled down you will see gaps on both sides, insert the stips of rubber on both sides
4. Close the latch and youre done

This isnt a permanent fix but it gets the job done. Not sure how long the double side tape will last with the top down.

 

before you put the double side tape on, test fit the rubber pieces, you will know if you need to cut a smaller piece because the latch wont close
