Ok yeah the red thing would be the comptech fmu. Max that can handle is around 7 psi.

Try doing the plugs, get the coolant line for the aftercooler and get that all hooked up and functioning.

Do you have any pics of the engine bay showing how everything is setup?

What should my iat temps be at? I went for a drive today, around the block a few times getting on it pretty good to wamr stuff up and of course it started hesitating again. So i plugged in my scanner and this is after as few minutes and pulling it into my shop, and my iat temp was almost 160.. which i think is kinda hot. And this is also with cold air being sucked into intake because it was chilly outside today and it was definitely cold in my shop when the car was running. It that hot enough to cause problems? My new water circulator should be here soon. I also noticed while installing theair injection pump bypass kit today, that this car also has some kind of module from comptech that apparently is called a ESM (electronic signal modifier) it what it said on it. It was wired into the ecu harness. Do those ever have problems / what does that do

You should see what the iat's are when driving around. With my setup when it's about 40 degrees out my iat's are at about 60. During the summer when driving they are 90's or so. Idling in summer can go up as high as 145-150 or so.

The ESM hides boost from the ecu. Could be something wrong with that but doubt it.

update, i installed the new water circulation pump, welded teh small crack in the water cooler up front, so that system is up and running again. And also installed a new walbro fuel pump today. This pump has a little bit different of a noise to it, so that also makes me think the other pump was going out. And wow what a pain that pump was to get to lol, its definitely not a tall mans job! Either way the car is running much better, Ive been driving all day and not one hesitation yet, And it would of for sure done it by now. Also here is a few pics of engine bay so you can see how everything is set up. It looks like a pretty good install to me. It was supposed to have been all installed by the company in california.. But of course theres no proof of that. Its running smoother now, power is more smooth throughout the rpm range, and i havent even put in spark plugs yet.
