Rear Brakes AP1

Rear Brakes AP1
Hi All,
I am new so I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place!
This weekend I rebuilt both rear calipers using the rebuild kit and new pistons. Safe to say the old pistons were swollen and seized and were tough to remove! I could tell they were seized as the rear brakes were binding and the wheel was getting hot.
However, after rebuild they still get hot and it feels like something is sticking even though the pistons moved much more freely.
Just wondering is anyone has done this exercise and then replaced them for recon ones, or if other internals can be damaged that I can't see etc.
Cheers!
Ryan

Hope you didn't put the pins in backwards.
