They all do that...at least all the ones I have seen. The lip is attached with a clip that has problems. There are several previous posts on this.

mine does that too, its not aligned perfectly but its not as bad as urs... i have seen a lot like that tho.

 

yea.. I've seen a lot of s2ks like mines.. some have it on both sides.. its starting to bother my eyes tho.. I figured it would be the clip.. after I looked at it again on my break from work.. hmmmm

 

Yea, mine has that too on the same exact side but not as bad as yours. It has been talked about many times and I believe it just has something to do it a clip that is not aligned correctly. Basically, more of a manufacturer defect.
