Default Rear Caliper Rebuild

I've got most of the internals out. I'm stuck on how to get the cam and piston sleeve out. I have the Helms manual but it lacks any kind of instruction on how to disassemble the actual caliper, only an exploded diagram of the parts. Here is a photo of the parts I'm talking about:

You help is much appreciated.

I dont remember exactly i had my brakes class in college a few semsters ago..but i believe you take the nozzle of a blow gun and put it to hole where the bleeder valve goes and just shoot a little compressed air in there...and make sure you dont aim it at yourself it will shoot outa there in a hurry if you blast the air...but that is what we did at school...

To a point, this is how most Caliper pistons are removed.

n/m I got it out by wiggling the cam until the sleeve fell out.
