The revised torque should apply to all years. If your car doesn't click, dun't worry about it. Eventually, it wouldn't be a bad idea to grease the assembly.

The only reason I'm gonna do mine (when I get around to it) is for preventative maintenance.

cool! ok maybe i will do this since i had some scraping noise after stoping and taking a sharp turn. but its not that noticeable any more...
now i got to find me a torque wrench that can do 220 ft-lbs!!!

i sound like i have the same problem... except it goes away when i turn left. it gets worst as i turn right. The sound is for sure on the rear drivers. and this is only a 20k miles 03...i'll check out this axle nut tomorrow..
