Rebuilt Nightmare
Hi I’m new to this page and I’m so glad to join.
i took my car to a Shop few weeks ago to have my engine rebuilt the car is worst then how I took it. Has a lot of noise I’m not sure what it is
They took the engine to machine shop not sure what they did to it.
New chain, new guides, new tensioner, new oil pump, new bearings, new piston rings I’m sure I’m missing more.
Compression is over the roof
Oil pressure is Good
valve adjusted to spec
what u guys recommend me to do ?

If you spent any time here first you'd know these engines are very difficult even for experts that specialize in these cars to rebuild. Some random shop, its virtually impossible for them to succeed.
In all likelihood, they screwed up several things. Unfortunately, your engine may be worse than before they worked on it.

No one could do a better job building the F20 or F22 than Honda themselves.
Sorry for your troubles...send it back and hope for the best...
