Recomendations for 62K

My car have 62k milles (100.000 kilometers)
I think in make a valve adjustment, is necessary ???
Another type of job with this kilometers ???
All suggestions are welcome !

Valves are not a bad idea.

A European car "might" have different maintenance requirements from those in N. America. You would be best to read your owner's manual.
