Redline MT-85 tranny fluid
Has anyone ever used this in their S2000's? I just changed all of my oils yesterday as I just bought a used AP1. I couldn't find the Redline MTL, and the only kind I had available to me at the time was MT-85. Was just wondering if anyone has experience running this oil, and if I need to replace it with something else. Thanks.

Not sure that lube can be used with limited slip diffs. Think this is the Redline product you want:

I thought you changed ALL oils? What did you use in the diff? Not sure it's a good idea to run tranny-diff oil (for FWD cars) in the S2000 transmission, either.
I've used Honda MTF stock or Royal Purple Synchromax. No problems, so far.

Yea man...I changed all of the oils. Not with the same oil for all of them! This oil is the one I used for the transmission only and would like some feedback from people with experience with this oil.

I used to have a problem transmission that would grind often when hot and MT90 helped a little but was stiff in the winter. I now have a better transmission and think that using normal fluid is a better choice. Either will work fine especially in warm conditions.

What do you run now, just out of curiosity.
