Had the same problem here!

Initial attempts at reprogramming the remotes failed.

Not sure what individual step actually did the trick, so here's the entire list...

(1) Replaced the batteries in the remotes (2) Replaced the keyless entry minifuse under the dash (3) pulled the battery terminal. After these steps, the remotes could be successfully reprogrammed and the system was back to normal.

It worked for about four days. I'm having the same problem again!

Maybe we live near an electromagnetic field?

I could see in your area its probably due to the Arch!!

Need one of these electronic junkies to figure this one out.... I know a couple people in the Ohio forum have this issue also.

Sounded too easy, so I also tried re-seating the fuses.

Keyless entry NOW WORKING AGAIN!

Thanks!

Well... try it in 3-4 days and let me know if its still working.....

Seems like a few of us have tried pulling the fuses to have it work for a few days... only to have it go south on us again...

I haven't pulled the other fuses... just the one in the block under the dash.....

If it works in a few days for you.... let us know and I'll go pull every blasted fuse in this car!!

Went back out... pulled all three fuses from under the dash that had anything to do with keyless entry, and it still is not working.

I hadn't put the fuse back in since my wake up the neighbors debacle. I put it back in today and the alarm just started going off again. I guess it's stuck in the sequence.

I pulled the fuse out again and it turned off. I was going to take it to the dealer to get it fixed, but I'm afraid that they will provide a fix that lasts only 4 days and then it will break again.

On another note. There used to be a time when I could use a key to lock the drivers door from the outside, and it would also lock the passenger door at the same time. Now, it only locks the driver's door and I have to walk around the car to lock the passenger door.

Has anyone had this happen along with the loss of remote usage?

Sorry for everyone's woes...

Remotes here are still working (9 days since pulling/reseating the fuses).
