Remote open/alarm not working
UPDATE:
I bit the bullet and took it in to a stealership. They will be diagnosing the problem (s) with my
1) remote-doors
2) remote-trunk
3) why my alarm is stuck in triggered mode
4) interior trunk release button
5) My WALLET
I'm sure they'll get #5 right, since it's costing $110 / hour. I'll report back this afternoon.

Went back out... pulled all three fuses from under the dash that had anything to do with keyless entry, and it still is not working.

The Honda OEM alarm system also has 2 inline fuses in the alarm harness near the fuse box. If it was installed properly per the manufacturers instructions there should be stickers on the inline fuse housings labeling them as such. They are little rectangular boxes built into the harness very close to the actual fuse box, but you may need to remove the plastic kick panel to locate them.
BTW, still working here (now 12 days w/o a problem)

Update???
Update: The dealership didn't get to it last week. They said their S2000 tech was out until today. I brought it in this morning and they promised to figure out what's wrong today. Also offered me a discount for the trouble of bringing it back.
I'll report back when I hear from them.

UPDATE:
Got the car back and everything is working perfectly. It took 2.5 hours to diagnose and fix my trunk. Apparently, a wire leading to the trunk release was broken. They fixed that.
As for the automatic doors and trunk, that was simply caused by a broken remote. They programmed me a new one and it worked just fine. I'm kinda annoyed that I didn't try ordering some new remotes before taking it in, but my loss is your gain. Make sure you try a new remote before you take it in for repairs.
The service advisor cut me an awesome deal on the labor. He only billed for an hour. The catch was that I had to buy a new remote for $90. I know they are 2 for $55 at handaaccessories.com, but staring at a huge repair bill, $90 looks good.
So in the end, I got a new remote, working trunk, working locks, and working alarm for $200. A little expensive...yes. But, could Ihave ever fixed it myself...no.
I hope this information helps those of you with similar problems.
