I haven't seen one specifically, I just did mine, if you have any questions feel free to ask. It is pretty straight forward. You begin by removing all electrical connections and moving the wire harness out of the way. Relieve the fuel pressure, remove all the bolts and nuts that secure the parts to the manifold, remove the fuel and vacuum hoses. Yank the fuel rail out. Pull out the injectors and clean all areas that you can. I replaced the two o-rings for each injector with new parts - one on the injector, one one the manifold, coat the rings with oil before installation. I re-used the cushion ring on each injector as mine were in good shape. Torque everything to spec and reinstall in reverse order. Very simple to do. If you need any torque specs I've got them in the service manual, most are 8.7 ft lbs, but I can double check. There is a couple ways to relieve fuel pressure, pm me if you need more info.
