replacing serpentine belt

How would i replace this. i need pics to help me out. WHich way do i turn the tensioner so that it can loosen the belt?

set your ratchet so you would act like your loosening the bolt on the pulley at the top then just turn. the bolt is reveresed threaded so it wont loosed it will loosen the bolt but just the tensor.
