Default Replacing Top

I have an 01 S2000. It has spent all of its life along the Gulf Coast and the sun has taken its toll on the top and rear window. The top only has one small hole and it is over the catch drain, but I still would like to replace the top. Question: Can I install an 02+ replacement top on my frame or would I need to find an 02+ frame motors etc and do a complete swap? The reason for upgrading to the 02+ top is that I would just like to be able to see through the rear window 6 months after I replace the top.

03 top on the old frame can be done....

It would save you alot of drilling, riviting, and time if you found a drop in frame/top/motor assy.
