Default Resetting ECU

Alright so I tried following the directions in the DIY page ... I tried taking the 7.5amp fuse out. Took it out, waited a couple minutes then put it back in. My CEL light didn't go off.

Is #1 the fuse I'm suppose to take out?

and what is #2? I took that out for a bit because I couldn't get the fuse out. But I put it back in thinking that it would be something important ..

Its the #1 fuse u have circled, all else fails just disconnect the battery..

But maybe the check engine light is coming back on cause there is something wrong, do u even know the code that it is throwing.

This should clear the CEL....but doesn't prevent it from coming back on.

if you pulled the 1 circled fuse for a few minutes. And the CEL is still on then you probably should get the code pulled b/c there is a problem. (you should have had the code read before trying to clear it.....it is there for a reason.)

This will tell you what the 2 circled fuse is.

And why did you pull the #2 circled one again?

As for the CEL.....

Did you just install something...like a test pipe....we need a little more info than

"I pulled this fuse, and this fuse b/c I saw a DIY on the intrawebz"
