Default Restricted at 115mph?

Hi guys, recently brought a jdm s2000, the speedometer reads in mph so all figures has been converted from kph, but the car is restricted to 115mph, is there anyway to delimit it without installing a aftermarket Ecu?

Thanks

Fit an HKS speed limiter defencer (SLD)

The device intervenes on the speed signal to the ECU, When it gets to approx 175km/h it holds the speed signal to the ECU fixed at this value so it doesnt trigger the 180km/h speed limiter.
