Default Revs from 2k to 3k on idle.

Only does this during neutral or idle. I've re-flashed the tune, checked the spark plugs/coil packs and they are fine. I noticed it while I was driving and put the car in neutral during a stop and it kept doing it. Not sure what it could be.

I removed and cleaned the IAC valve and the roller valve is able to move freely, it doesnt seem to be binding but the car is still doing the same thing. Any other suggestions?

Do an idle relearn. If that doesn't do the trick then I'm willing to bet its a vacuum leak.

Ive checked for vacuum leaks. Couldnt find any, I let the car run and sprayed some soap and water and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. I'm honestly pretty stumped at this point on what to do.

Mine did this on the warm up (open loop cycle) and it ended up needing a valve adjustment at the end of the day.

Can you grab some OBD data to at least show us what the fuel trims are doing? That should give a much better idea.

I've had some hilarious ones with really positive fuel trims and found this...which was hard to catch:

It ended up being a broken seal on my injector O-rings. The fuel injectors on cylinders 2 and 3 were damaged so I replaced them and the car started running normally again.
