I run Amsoil 75w-90...no issues...heavier oils will just cost you gas mileage and I fail to see the benefit in such a low hp car unless you're doing clutch dumps frequently.

Honda recommends a GL-5 90w. Go to any motorcycle dealer and look for Bel-Ray gear saver. That's what I have used for the last couple of changes. It's about $9 for a quart.
