Default rocker assembly removal question

I'm having difficulty getting the rocker arm assembly to budge (camshafts and holders have been removed). Does anyone have any pointers for removing the assembly?

Doug

Did you loosen all the rocker arm adjustment screws? Assuming you have everything off that needs to be removed, just use a little prying force with a screwdriver on one end and then the other. When you get them off, be carefull not to lose any of the little VTEC pistons in the rocker arms.

Thanks for your suggestion. All adjustment screws were loosened. I will carefully use a little prying force.
