Default Rod Nock or Bearing problem

I just did it again.

I have blown now 3 motors. 2 in an STI got rid of it and now the S2000. 60,000 miles. Sounds like rod nock or clacking from 2500 RPM up if under any load. While sitting when working the throttle it revs up OK but when I let off it make a single crack sound.

I think it is oil starvation. I check and change using Moble 1. Had not checked in a few months and just did after hearing the clacking and I was 2 quarts low! I hate to admit it. I race a CRX, I'm restoring/building a 79 CVCC and now I blow a motor because I ran it out of oil!!!!!!!!!!

Need help with a couple things:
what is the eng code for a 06 S2000?
Who other than Honda in the Phoenix area can I talk to?
Will it make more sense to replace entire motor or have rebuilt

I go a million more but lets start with this
