Red is correct. Clutch Buzz can be taken care of. Honda did the TSB on my car back in 2000 or '01 and I have not had an issue since. It has to do with needing stronger springs in the clutch disc. An aftermarket one should remedy the issue as well.
This is false. Most aftermarket discs will buzz as well. The new OEM disc is all you need. If you plan having more power down the road I recommend getting an ACT pressure plate and an OEM disc. No buzz, twice the clamping force, and feels relatively stock.
I stand corrected.
I would be quite pissed if I spent good money on an aftermarket clutch to have the same issue.

If you can find a tuner shop and not a regular car repair shop you can usually get better rates. Not all are like this, I just never had any knowledgeable person help out working at soandso's car repair or dealership guaranteed to kill your wallet.

A normal price to me would be $750 or less. And depending if you get aftermarket, it may be a little more and you probably have a chance at having more clutch buzz.

Why not just do it yourself and save about 1/2 of that amount?

My clutch buzzes like a fridge (actually, its gear backlash in the trans during engine braking... oh well)
My pads squeel like pigs when cold.
My 4.57 diff howls like a wolf.
My winter tires humm like a bumblebee.
A drizzle on the softtop sounds like a waterfall.
Windnoise above 220 km/h (top up) sounds like a hurricane.
Windnoise above 180 km/h (top down AND windows down, don't be a pu$$) is close to deafening.
