Default S2000 engine on Craigslist

Found a nice, low mileage, 17,000-mile drivetrain on Craigslist. The only caveat is that it's been sitting in this guy's garage for ten years. He says that he's spun the engine a turn or two every three months for ten years, and the engine looks really, really clean. Do you guys share my concern about the soundness of an engine that has been sitting for ten years? It has been weather-protected, but still. Thanks for your input.

At any rate, bought the Carfax and sure enough it passed emissions in Arizona on 5/31/06 and was a total loss three months later. As an aside, the damage report states "vehicle overturned". Hope he/she's okay!
I'll be buying it on Saturday. I'll post here with how the swap went.

Been a long time, but I ended up buying that engine. It was a good deal, $3700 replete with transmission, harness, computer, body harness, a mint 17,000 mile gauge cluster, etc.
Due to my friend, a Honda line tech, and my own busy schedules, the swap didn't happen until saturday, and I'm happy to report that the engine purrs like a kitten. The car still looks like hell but at least inside the heart of a low-milage S2000 is beating. I'll try to post a pic or two later.
