Default S2000 Vibration

Ok I have Problem. Few Weeks ago i broke my pressure plate bolt while installing clutch, drove the car for 500 miles then changed whole clutch fixed took out broken bolt,
After New clutch install my car still vibrates, Initially I thought it was vibration dues to broken pressure plate bolt that i didn't take out ( out of balance pressure plate )
So i changed whole clutch again. Mechanic that did this Job have inspected my tranny shaft and everything else said it was fine, with transmission.
I have Megan engine mounts when i installed them 4 months ago my car didn't vibrate so much now it vibrates a lot that even my Fans are vibrating too,
None of the mounts are broke there are no check engine codes Except for P0411 which is air pump which is not there anymore (this code is there due to faulty ECU because air pump have been bypassed, with chip.
My question is what else can cause engine vibration. Vibration is there at all RPMs.. When you rev up Motor don't move much, or when you shut car off not much engine movements either
Any suggestions guys what this could be?

Maybe your mounts ARE bad and you don't know it, did the installer forget to tighten a mount of the trannys? how about the flywheel? Did you change that also? Is it warped?

Mounts are 4 months old... not ripped either, Tranny mounts were never taken off, plus my gear shifter don't vibrate only my gas pedals vibrate when i press gas while driving 55 mph, At idle steering wheel airbag is making noise, driver door is too
I drove on this mounts 4 months and vibration was a small factor at idle once press on gas it disappeared right of way, but not anymore.
I drove this car with ripped mounts before OEMs and car didn't vibrate when you were already moving. It does in this situation, also i notice my engine sound has changed a bit/
