Default Ticking Clutch when over 3k revs

Hello,

I noticed that my clutch "ticks" when I rev the engine over 3000 rpm. I can feel the ticking under my left foot, and on the gear lever. Under 3000 rpm there is nothing..

Since I am new to the S2k can someone tell me if this is normal and if not, what it might be?

Thanks,
Michael

I had the same problem on my 01, Mine was the pressure plate ratteling on the flywheel. There is a bulletin out for this problem from the factory. I took it in to have it looked @, & they fixed it! Simple as that buddy!

The S2000 clutch is pretty "rattly" when the clutch is disengaged, and the engine is revved up. Mine has done this since new, and I now have 24K miles on it.
