You'll be just fine with that setup. Earlier model years ran a bit rich from the factory. Even with more mods than that, you run virtually zero chance of damaging your motor due to a lean a/f ratio.
i wouldn't worry about basic NA mods like intake/exhaust/header. if you start getting into more advanced NA mods like camshafts/itbs/or high compression pistons would i worry about tuning. for now the lack of tuning will not hurt you but it will not allow your car to realize it's full potential without a standalone...
Your PCM will be notified about the extra air through various sensors (MAP, O2) and will compensate by adding fuel when necessary. Yes, there is a CEL for a lean condition, but you should not get one because of your new parts.
