Safe to drive the car with broken knock sensor?

Safe to drive the car with broken knock sensor?
Obviously my knock sensor is broken (of course it was due to the clutch job). I'm wondering if I could still safely drive the car for maybe 50 miles to the shop (easy driving, no vtec)? My car is a '07 with 57000 miles.
